They do all they can to keep the place in good shape. If you want to party there or free load dont bother they will get rid of you quick. If you want a nice quiet place to live and can follow the terms of the lease (read them well) it's a wonderful place. The terms of the lease are mostly curtosy and keeping the place nice and paying your rent issues. Remember before checking into it they dont put up with problems, they take care of and get rid of the problems. I rented from summer '04 through spring '08. ...
