Been living here since August 2011 and it hasnt been very pleasant. Apartments appear nice on the outside and the room they show you is nice, but your actual apt is not very nice. Everything breaks all the time and takes days for the not-so-well maintenance man to fix it. (great guy but not very cut out for the job). If your staying here because of the gated community you need to look some where else. The gates never work, so be ready to have anyone and everyone come in and out. Management is a joke, no one really knows what to say when you have a question. If you're a drugy college kid then you'll fit in just fine here, if you're in college to actually get an education, run away. ( i guess it wont let you write a review if your currently living here so I just put the wrong dates. Its actually fall '11 to fall '12 I rented from fall 10 through fall 10. ...

I moved in on June everything was great. Fully furnished apartment with a kitchen and living room that I share with 2 other guys. They moved out and I got 2 new roomates that I sought of get along with and then we got new managment around the New years that really updated the apartment complex including fixing the gate, improving parking slightly with doing vistor parking sections and improving clubhouse. But I live in a 3 bedroom 3 bath and my rent is being jacked up 70 dollars to 485 if I renew. I'm going to be moving just because rent is going up so much! I rented from summer 10 through summer 11. ...

management lost 3 payments. they have sugar ants everywhere, and they came and put bait that made more come. stray cats everywhere. plus there was a train right by room that came through about 5 times a day.
