The grounds are always dirty because the matainance staff suxs. I have scene them a number of times playing basketball or pool when they should be cleaning up the place. The front office staff seems nice at first but will stab you in the back if they have too. They will stick ANYONE in your apartment room and they don't have to inform you before if someone else does move in with you. BEWARE of the Veranda. Think really hard and look very close to that contract before signing anything * moving in. P.S. The monthly rent might be @ 400 like they say at first but remember you have to pay for your electricity bill too and believe me it gets really high for some odd reason there. I rented from fall '08 through spring '09. ...

These apartments are cool. I like that I didnt have to buy furniture, and staff is friendly. The contract is very detailed so make sure you read it, but I guess it's cuz it's not a mom and pop shop. There are plenty of activities so thats cool. Free food is always a plus! :) I rented from fall '08 through fall '08. ...

Look at your contract very carefully before signing it. The staff is very hard to work with at times. Also, the maintenance staff suxs.
