The communication is awful. The residents that are not UTA students were not informed in a timely manner that their leases couldn't be renewed. I was informed of this new policy 7 days before my lease renewal. Then on the 31st I get an email at 12 noon to turn in the keys. In addition to call reminding me of the same thing. Oyeah last year they didn't inform us that cable was no longer included in the packet. ...

I love this place! I have lived here going on four years and plan to stay until I graduate. I have lived in the same apartment same room! The staff here really cares about there residents.. if you have an issue EVEN if it has NOTHING to do with your apartment they will make the time to listen and help anyway they can.. they put on events to help the residents meet each other and help feed them as well.. if something breaks in the apartment they come in a timely manner to fix it!! Do not move here. The rent is insane. The bedrooms are as small as a closet. There is a robbery about every 2 weeks. Good luck finding a parking space close to your apartment. There are no designated spots and most of the time you are going to walk a good distance to your apartment. Oh, and you do not even get to part there for free. If you do not by a school parking pass (which only allows you to park at your apartment complex, not the campus) you will be ticketed everyday until you are towed. Good luck have guests over because they will not be able to park, and if they stay the night the will surely have a ticket in the morning. This is the worst experience I have ever had. DO NOT MOVE HERE. ...

this is the worse place to ever move-in near campus. the crime rate and the price of it is ridiculous. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to any student. I rented from fall '05 through summer '08.
