If you look at how this place presents this property it is almost laughable! Business Center!! WHAT BUSINESS CENTER!! GATED COMPLEX!! YEAH IF YOU MEAN OPEN BROKEN NO LONGER WORKING GATES!! But they FORGOT to mention the live in PESTS like BEDBUGS and ROACHES some even have MICE! Oh and then the nightly welcome committee that hangout blasting music! And now we are dealing with home BREAK INS! And how could they forget how the mailboxes were broken into and fixed with the SAME DOORS that were snatched off!!! Maintenance here will.take their time to the point that they're NONEXISTENT maybe it's because of all the work orders people are placing because of their raggedy and aged appliances! ...

I received notice June 2011 that my lease was going to expire on 07/1/11. Which was incorrect according to my lease and the lease the office has on file my lease expired on 08/31/11. On 07/02/11 I went to the office and spoke with Shay I asked her about renewing my lease and transferring to a smaller 2 bedroom. Shay was unable to assist me at this time because she stated that she was the only person in the office at that time. Shay took my telephone number and stated that she was going to check and see what 2 bedrooms she has available and call me on Tuesday which would have been July 5th. I heard nothing from the office so I took off work on 07/13/11 and spoke with Shay again. My results were the same as the 1st time no lease and she still had not checked on the availability of a smaller 2 bedroom. I took off work again for the 2nd time July 19th and my results were still the same. Out of frustration I asked to speak with the office manager and Shay stated that she was out of the office and she would give her my number to call me. On 08/04/11 I went to the office again to renew my lease given up on the fact that I may not have been able to move to a smaller 2 bedroom. I was just going to tough it out for another 6 months a renew my lease but again due to lack of urgency on the Landlord behalf there was still no lease to sign. So on 09/20/11 I called and spoke with Crystala and I advised her that I was moving out on 09/30/11 due to the Landlords lack of responsibility of wanting to keep a good resident. At this time Crystala said that I would be penalized for breaking my month-to-month lease. I don't understand how a month-to-month lease is broken when I as the tenant have done all that I could to renew my lease. Per section 37 of my lease it states that if I am required to give more than 30 days written notice to move out before the lease term the land lord will give the tenant written notice not less than 5 days nor more than 90 days before my deadline for giving written notice. This is where my landlord failed to do their job, in the section that states if the landlord fails to provide a reminder notice then a 30 day written notice to move out is required. Since I have yet to receive notice and therefore the landlord has breached the lease why am I being held liable for their incompetence. When speaking to Marie on today she stated that due to Shay's lake of customer service skills is the reason she is no longer with the company. Why would the company hold me liable for its mistakes? Even as to date speaking with Marie she stated that she would hate to lose me as a tenant and would be willing to move me into a different apartment. After dealing with them for 3months trying to renew my lease and transfer being left out to dry with no alternative I found somewhere else to live outside of Ridgmar Square Apts. Due to her dissatisfaction of my option to not deal with the staff or her for that matter she is breaking the laws that are listed on the TAA lease. I rented from spring '08 through spring 11. ...
