lived for three years here wasted $36,000 they said that after three years you would get a $3,600 check then said i had a lease violation for paying on the 5th a year ago so couldn't get it. The price is too high for the lack of service from the leasing agents. The maintence and cleaning ladies are very friendly and nice but the apartment tenants all par-take in heavy drug usage constantly because they can all afford it with the huge rent. Basicly if you have the money to waste live there, but the constant noise, parking garage burglaries, and inability to fix problems gets old all too quick. rude staff and absent manager... and you pay for EVERYTHING extra I rented from fall '07 through fall '08.
