Raiders Pass rent is cheap, but you get what you pay for. There has been a spike in car theft here, but now there's more attentive security to help with that. It's very affordable and the grounds are well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have nice amenities and it is relatively close to campus. RIP OFF - Poor Management - Look at other reviews of this apartment. Management tells you one thing and does something else - I rented from fall '09 through spring 10.

Watch for this apartment - they WILL charge you for damages that did not occur I rented from fall '09 through spring 10.

OVERPRICED I rented from fall '06 through spring '07.
