Raiders Pass rent is cheap, but you get what you pay for. There has been a spike in car theft here, but now there's more attentive security to help with that. Moving in, the apartments weren't too clean, but they were stuck between firing multiple
companies, plus my apartment had a renewal, meaning they couldn't come inside to clean anything. You're getting a room and a space to live for cheap, and you're pretty close to campus, but that's pretty much what you're getting. You get what you pay for.

My experience at Raiders Pass has been a very exceptional one ranging from the Community Assistants, Residents, up to the manager. Everyone treats each other with respect and kindness. All the staff is eager to provide you with information in order to
help with a smooth transition. It is the only place that makes me feel at home while I am away from home.

It's very affordable and the grounds are well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have nice amenities and it is relatively close to campus. But what I don't like is that some people do not pick up after their pets and there are so many
stray cats. The gym and pool are also open at very limited hours.

They told us to renew the contract earlier and get a low raise of the monthly fee, but then they lower the monthly fee for all new residents in August and told us we couldn't change the contract. So, even though everything I have is as same as my new
roommates, I have to pay 20- 30 dollars more than they do each month.
I rented from fall 10 through summer 11.

RIP OFF - Poor Management - Look at other reviews of this apartment. Management tells you one thing and does something else -
