I lived there from sophomore year to junior year of college and although there was some problems, especially when management changed, it was a great place to live in a college town. Aside from providing a comfortable place for students to live away from home, they provided students with many opportunities for treats, food, and chances to meet others. ...

The staff is amazing! Not only that, but the prices are really reasonable and the amenities are amazing! To make it better, the shuttle schedule is amazing! It’s so close to campus and the perfect choice for someone who is new to San Marcos.
