I have lived here for two years! The maintenance staff are friendly and on top of it. Sometimes it will take a week to fill a request, but that is common. Parking is great on some days. Personally, feel like there should be guest parking. The management is great (it did change quite often) and anytime I need something fixed/any issue they are quick to respond.
