I rent from the The Lynd Co which owns Woodmeade,Travis Park Apts, The Meadows and Oak Hollows Apartments. It is really large corporation that owns 4 properties in Austin and from their website, about 20 in other states so you may want to check out the reviews for those sites as well due to it having a regional office. I rented from winter '09 through winter 10. ...

It is on the UT bus route. good prices, great staff. There are alot of us students living there. Check it out. I rented from winter '08 through summer '08.
