Avoid this apartment complex at all costs. The elevators are a disaster, constantly breaking down and trapping residents inside. One of the elevators, the main one used by couriers, has been out of service for seven months and still hasn't been repaired. For six months, only one out of three elevators was working, with periods where none functioned at all—this should be illegal. Management takes no responsibility, claiming the elevator issues are "not their problem" and showing no concern for residents’ safety. They act as if it's perfectly fine for people to get stuck repeatedly when the elevators temporarily function again. Their dismissive and rude attitude is unacceptable. The common areas are a scam. What you see in the photos is far from reality, and the staff gives a deliberately limited tour to hide the building's deteriorating condition. The hallways stink, and the carpets are barely cleaned—they're swept once a month, at best. Trash chutes overflow with garbage for days, and the rat infestations have been ongoing for months, with rodents stuck inside the walls. Maintenance requests are ignored and closed without resolution. Even worse, the front door doesn't open from the inside without multiple attempts. There’s a sign instructing you to "swipe your hand" to exit, but it rarely works on the first try, which seems like a serious safety hazard in an emergency. To make matters worse, when the rat problem became unbearable, management offered us the chance to break our lease—but only if we signed a non-disclosure agreement to keep quiet about the rat infestation. This place is a nightmare, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. ...
