Current Resident

They hooked us in with a $150 giftcard promotion in the spring (See attached photo from FB). We signed lease for fall with understanding we’d receive the $150 gc within 30 days after starting the lease. Lease began in August and it’s now November and still no $150 gc. They haven’t paid out any $150 to anyone as of yet. I've been in contact with management for past 4 weeks and they still haven't fulfilled the agreed on promotion. I’ll update this review if I ever receive it but at this point I'm definitely not renewing nor recommending this place to anyone. ...
