It’s nice here. Maintenance is not good though. It’s not that loud either and not that many bother me. The walls are very thin though. Other than that everything is fine here and it’s a ten minute bike ride to get to the MSC

Love it here. i moved to park west my senior year and really wish I would’ve lived here sooner I really like it. Feels very homey. Slight torch problem but maintenance was quick to spray for them and comes quick to take care of things

Park West offers very clean, nice, spacious apartments. Perfect proximity to campus and 4 different buses stop around the apartments. Parking and service are sometimes an issue, but never too problematic.

I love living at parkwest location is great amenities are nice when they work and the staff are willing to help. My only concern we are paying a lot more than what is offered and constructed. The whole complex is very cheaply built and it is sinking.

Love living here! The amenities are amazing and the community always feels fun and welcoming! Units are a really good size and I love how the buildings are cleaned regularly! Good pick for the price and is in a great location with plenty of ways to get to campus! ...

Park west is close to campus and has lots of amenities compared to other apartments (pool, gyms, near by grocery store). Apartments themselves are pretty standard but come with pre paid electricity and water which is a bonus

This is my first year living at Park West and it’s been amazing. I signed a lease here because one of my close friends lived here and recommended it to me. After living here for a year, I decided to re sign my lease for another year. The only thing is that the wifi isn’t always the best ...

The apartment areas themselves are nice however it is worth commenting that the staff and maintenance are mediocre at best. Don't expect to get something fixed within the day and when talking to clueless desk members, expect a short response and promise of something that will never happen. ...

The only apartment that checked all the boxes for me, especially since the price covers everything from water to internet, to electricity (all other apartments I looked at didn’t cover electricity) Also love the fact that garage parking is an option due to the weather in College Station. ...

Park west is such an amazing place to live especially starting out as an 18 or 19 year old. A great gym, roof top pool, there are so many amenities you can use. There is a grocery store and a gas station within 2 minutes of the complex which is so convenient ...

I stayed at Park West for 2 years--the first year in a 4x4, the second year in a 1-bedroom. Overall, Park West was a very convenient apartment to live at with multiple, active, on-site bus routes to campus. There were also a lot of nice amenities. I really liked the gym because it had a lot of exercise machines that I couldn't find at other places. I spent a good amount of time at the apartment pool which had grills (hello fajitas!), a (beer) pong table, and hot tubs (great for winter hang-outs!). The study rooms were quiet and had full-wall whiteboards. The game rooms had foosball, pool, and a few others, but I didn't use them much and I don't think anyone else did either. Also, there were outdoor areas between all of the buildings to take the dogs out to pee. My personal favorite place to go was the park that was a short, 5-10 minute walk from the apartment (John Crompton) which was really high-quality, with plaques for nature walks throughout. Also, there was a Starbucks right downstairs which I frequented for my all-nighters. For such a huge place, the entire apartment building was very clean. I saw cleaning ladies mopping and sanitizing all surfaces daily. I never saw a single cockroach anywhere. Amazingly, utilities were all-included, and you could make it very cold if you wanted to, which was an essential feature for me that's hard to find. However, there were also a lot of issues with Park West. The only HUGE issue was that the parking was absolutely horrible, which everyone will tell you. If you come home late at night, you might spend 20 minutes trying to find a spot and then just give up and park on the curb. The visitor parking is also very limited, which was very annoying for my boyfriend. I also had a few weird maintenance issues in my 1-bedroom (but none in my 4x4): to start, my dishwasher smelled disgusting and was full of dead bugs. I basically couldn't use it. And any time I forgot to run the garbage disposal before I did the dishes, it would actually leak this disgusting brown, smelly liquid in HUGE puddles all over the floor that would take an entire roll of paper towels to clean up. I know there were some other people with that same problem because the maintenance guy told me so when he came. Unfortunately, when maintenance came it basically didn't help at all, so I ended up hand-washing all my dishes for the entire year that I stayed there. There was also this issue when I moved in where the shower smelled strongly like sulfur any time I ran hot water. Luckily, that issue went away after about a week. Finally, if you forgot to leave the apartment with your key fob, they had to "let you in" and charged a pretty hefty fee on top of you having to wait for up to 20 minutes for someone to come. On the other hand, the 1-bedroom was very attractive and felt very spacious (lots of kitchen counter space!) and I was able to decorate it as much as I wanted to without worrying about using every bit of space practically, which was a big plus for me. In sum: there were a lot of little things that were annoying, but believe it or not, at $450/month for a 4x4 or $1100/month for a 1-bedroom, this apartment was better than every apartment my boyfriend every has ever stayed at in College Station, and some were more expensive. Overall, I'd recommend it. ...

Park West has great amenities like pool, lounge areas, convenience store, gyms etc. It is also close to other student living and close to campus with plenty of bus routes. However, there are things that can be improved like there were a lot of maintenance issues with very few maintenance staff, bikes stolen here and there and sometimes a bit too noisy during the week. However, noisy areas are to be expected in college towns especially when buildings arent noise insulated. Other than that it was a great place, every place has its merits and demerits but I enjoyed my stay for sure! ...

I've lived here for three years, and it's been great! I had a couple maintenance issues that were fixed ASAP, and that was nice. I share a 4 bed 4 bath apartment, and even though our fourth roommate left, we don't have to cover the cost of the empty room. Also, utilities are all included, which is nice, especially when you're working a lot so you know exactly what the flat rate will be per month. ...

I live in the 4000’s tower on the 6th floor and the courtyard noise is pretty loud. Other than that and COVID making everything complicated, the apartments themselves are pretty nice. I wouldn’t recommend their roommates matching services though.
