LIVE HERE if you want to be stressed and up charged all the time. This place is the worst place to live in all of corpus it shouldn’t even be considered student living because they take advantage of students by charging you so many “fees” apartment is absolutely disgusting. if you want a flea infested apartment then come move here they claim to clean every apartment in reality they don’t. when we moved in we had fleas for weeks, cat shit in our closet and so many damages. We still have a crap ron of stuff wrong and they refuse to do anything about it. maintenance isnt an issue it’s definitely the staff and management. We had mold and no Ac for months and they didn’t do anything about it and only did something months later when doing inspections. If you like being attacked by unleashed dogs come here because the apartment won’t do anything about it and there isn’t even any cameras so safety is a big issue. People have died here, people have been robbed, and you constantly have to worry about your car being broken into. Don’t even get me started on how they trick you to sign a new lease and they bribe residents into giving them good reviews. Our rent is supposed to be 650 but each month is 800 because of “electricity and water” when in reality we know how to properly use it. They also threatened to take my dog away because her paperwork and my payment for her was “lost”! This apartment is so stressful and they use really old pictures to try and make it seem nice. Don’t move here save yourself and save your money. Also they try to charge you double rent because of issues on their part, multiple residents have come forward with it. This apartment is not worth the headache and stress please save yourself and never even consider living here. ...

Seriously do yourselves a favor & RUN in the opposite direction from this apartment complex. Yes, it is one of the cheapest places to live that's close to campus but it is absolutely not worth it in the slightest. Prepare for an absolute disaster of a living situation if you do that includes unsafe conditions, relentless power outages, creepy maintenance men, unreliable wifi, inoperable & trashy amenities, & of course money-hungry management that seems to revel in deceit. 1. UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT: The gate doesn't do jack. I used to live by a police officer that was apparently our "security" though when my car got broken into this past spring, & after talking to management who did absolutely NOTHING (they only have cameras in the front by their building that I doubt even work!), I asked him if he had cameras or anything & he had nothing to offer. Literally told me "maybe the cameras at the dealership across the street picked up something" really dude? For context, there's absolutely no way the cameras would be able to pick anything up as the dealership is somewhat far away. 2. POWER OUTAGES GALORE: If you love living in a hot sauna from lack of electricity, this is the place for you! Get ready for your food to spoil, your devices to die, and your sanity to slowly slip away every time the lights flicker and go out. Seriously, it's happened probably half a dozen times or more since last summer I'd say. It's absolutely infuriating! 3. CREEPY MAINTENANCE MEN: I will give them the benefit of the doubt with this one since they did end up firing this man I can only assume for several similar occurences. Though he lived diagonally from me & was CONSTANTLY trying to get me to have a beer and/or movie night with him as he was changing his living room to a theatre area (such a weird dude). So many other things happened I can't even include it all here, though he ended up asking me out, I declined, & he expectedly just got creepier. I don't know about these other dudes they've hired now, but I can only assume they aren't that great or friendly either. 4. NOISE COMPLAINTS: Another awesome thing about living here was the 3 untrained, horribly loud huskies living above me. It wasn't just barking and howling every now & then, it was absolutely constant. For hours on end. Better yet, my neighbors didn't care at all and I can only assume didn't care because the worst of it would come when they left and the dogs would go wild as I assume they had separation anxiety. Naturally, I then went to management who again did absolutely NOTHING. They told me to essentially keep a log of dates & times and that she would let the general manager know for next steps. I was told this probably 3 times and I called about it numerously. It made sleeping, relaxing, or working at home nearly impossible most days. 5. MONEY GRABBERS: The management team is comprised of con artists who excel at charging tenants for damages they didn't cause. Prepare to be hit with ridiculous charges (~$300!) for "wear and tear" that was there LONG before you moved in. I don't even know why I tried, but I literally made them look better than when I moved in & it made no difference even though I know for a fact I wrote similar damages in my inspection upon moving in. They'll find any excuse to squeeze any money out of you, so be wise & if you do move in TAKE PICTURES OF EVERY SCRAPE, STAIN, & ALL THE ROOMS THEMSELVES FOR EVIDENCE! I don't think I've ever written a review before, for anything, that's how much stress living here has caused me & I'm also just absolutely sick of apartment complexes taking advantage of their tenants upon moving out. To note, you will constantly be told that they will speak to the general manager & get back to you - don't fall for it. Every time this has been said to me about things like my filed noise complaints and damage charges, she has NEVER followed up. So, again, save yourself the headache and find a place that actually cares about the well-being and comfort of its residents even if that means having to spend a few hundred more on rent. ...
