Very bad place to live. It's overpriced for what they offer. Management is extremely inadequate. When I first moved in, they didnt have a parking permit for me. It took them over a week to give me one. But while I was waiting on the parking permit, they towed my car. It cost me $300 to get my car back. Campus Quarter management never warned me and they refused to take responsibility. This happened to all my roommates! I rented from winter 11 through spring 11. ...

The only good thing about the apartments is the proximity to campus. The manager is horrible and the apartments are furnished with uncomfortable furniture (mainly the bed which makes the floor seem like luxury in comparison). The grounds are not well kept, the gate and hot tub are broken most of the time and drugs and shady individuals are everywhere. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. By the way, my lease is from August 2011- August 2012, but 2012 is not an option for selection as far as the date goes. I rented from summer 11 through summer 11. ...
