This is In SECTION 8 housing....that means the ghetto!!!! right across the street are some of the worst apartments in Galveston. We had cars broken into at 7 in the evening!!!! not to mention someone comes through once a month and slashes tires left and right. They try to charge high end apartment rates for ugly buildings that have some of the cheapest paint/washing machines/faucets/sinks/cabinets/air conditioners(the paint in our restroom is falling off the ceiling and they have failed to do anything about it). Basically they charge 1 dollar a square foot when there are MUCH NICER apartments/bigger appartments they charge the same price if not less. The parking sucks, for some reason everyone who wants a handicap space gets there own....so where there is 10 spaces...there are 4 handicap spaces for 20 apartments. There are decrepit boats sitting by the main drive way, that basically breed rats and mosquito's. Take your money elsewhere, it will be better spent there.
