Management tried to place you with people with similar interests and claimed if there were any issues that tennants couldn't resolve, the guilty party would be re-assigned. My matches were pretty good except the one girl who lied on the application and said she didn't smoke. each person has their own room with lock. but 2 people have to share a bathroom. you can't contol the ac, its locked. The apts had ant problems, that infested all the rooms and the food. The phone jack didn't work in multiple bedrooms People upstairs were always loud, if you have a room by the stairs you hear every one stomping up the stairs, and chatting on them. Head lights shined through the windows at all hours of the night. Parties every thursday-saturday. Sports fans would circle the parking lots honking and cheering. Other than that the apartments are cute, nice sized living room and kitchen, bed rooms are a little small, the bathrooms are nicely sized though. They can come furnished and all bills are paid up to 200 dollars i think (for electric). The pool was always nice and clean as well as the outside grounds. but getting maintence inside the apt. you had to repeadetly ask until someone finally came out to fix anything.. I once forgot to pay rent on the 1st and I acquired a $50 late fee, that I couldn't pay right away. Management claimed they were going to lock me out of my room until i paid. They eventually came and asked for one of my electronic appliances to hold until I could pay. I ended up moving out and letting them keep my vcr. It's convient for college students, its directly across the street from temple college, but renters remember this is just a big college party house, and they raise the rent a lot. I rented from summer '07 through fall '07. ...
