Crap hole apartment. Maintenance men don't know how to do their job. When my sisters and I moved in, dishwasher, water heater, air conditioner, garbage disposal...were all broken! Kitchen sink and bathroom sink broke further down the line. They put the minimum amount of work and supplies into repairs. Things continue to break over and over again.
