If you are over 55, employed and looking for an active community after 5pm this is definitely not the place for your you. If you are looking for a community that locks up after 6pm because staff go home then it is the place for you. PRE COVID-19 Solea offered fun and active activities for over 55 active adults. It's a very good community for ages family members who do not like to be physically active. If you are into cards and Bingo this is your crew. The property pre winter storm 2021 beautiful and clean. Less attention to halls, elevators, garbage areas and parking since damage period. Employees are kind and sweet but so are residential care employees. I do admit maintenance staff are wonderful to tenant needs. Pool and club house beautiful. Apartments nice spacious, but don't expect to pay more for social life. ...
