These apartments are racist they're only renting to Hispanics and they don't even speak English so I'm sure if they don't speak English they don't have the proper paperwork but they moved everybody else out and moving in people that they want to move in and that is not right these apartments has been went down because they are not hiring the right management in the office you have people in the office that are disrespecting the people that are leasing these apartments and that is not right if you're not a people person then you do not need to be in leasing the manager has so many complaints against her she's disrespectful and she talks crazy to you and that's the same way that in other apartments India then took over and hired people there are rude too so I don't know what type of management these people are hiring do not move in these apartments ...

Since Indio has took over the management they're charging you for stuff that they don't even do they're charging you for pet control pest control and I've been here a year and the pest control people has never been out here then they have told somebody that it's a pond request but why are you charging me if I haven't requested pest control so if it's automatically I'm getting charged then you should automatically come out here and spray for pest control and they charge you for water and sewage my apartment has an Open water vein that's been leaking for 2 months and they told me what they do is take 1 m and split the bill between everybody so I haven't even been here a month in April I was not here in April and I still got to pay water bill it is a leak on the side of the building so I'm paying for that leak too everybody in this unit is this apartment people need to be investigated the last apartment people that own these was better than these right here and they kicking out people that's on section 8 old people cuz they don't want section 8 people they're not the people that's running down the apartments the people in the office that are because they're not taking care of the property ...

Ever since Indio has took over these apartments they have been putting out people not fixing stuff raising people rent charging them extra and then the only people they're moving in is Hispanics I really the lady in the office is real rude disrespectful she is not a people person I would advise nobody to move in these they mess up your rent they don't fix them they overcharge you for stuff that they're not even doing I moved in here last year on the assumption that it was a washer and dryer on site and the pool and the weight room none of that stuff works and it hasn't worked and I didn't been here a year this is the worst property Management I've ever seen in the office people are disrespectful except for Mr Simon Mr Simon Garcia is a nice person that works in there everybody else is trash ...
