Stay Away! This place is a ghetto. The manager Bob cannot be trusted. The owner is an out of state slum lord who was eager to sell the bldg. before the real estate market declined. Bad parking, mosquitos, cigarette butts, dead landscaping, horrible paint job. I lived there for six years and the manager tried to screw me out of my security deposit. I rented from summer '04 through winter '09. ...
