I rented from fall '07 through winter '08.

This place is a nightmare. Stuff breaks on a daily basis (literally daily) So far everything that could be replaced in my unit has had to have been (here's this list - air conditioner, heater, washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, closet doors, cabinet doors, medicine cabinet, balcony doors, electrical outlets) They have multiple car break ins & my own car's tires were slashed. If you like loud noises & kids that don't have any parental supervision then you'll love it. It used to be a nice place 4 years ago but now they rent to anyone who'll pay (even felons according to neighboring complex managers) & so you have lots of very questionable people (drunks & drug addicts) living here. There are cigarettes & beer cans littered all over the grounds. Last but not least, the management does not help you whatsoever with any problems & the maintenance does not speak a word of english, then half-ass fix things that break again less than a month later!
