The move in process was terrible, the apartment was not ready and they didnt even bother cleaning. The apartment do not care about your concerns. Loud parties with drunks roaming through parking lots sitting on your cars. Noisy neigbhbors that stomp instead of walking. Kids that block drive way and parking spots and cuss at you. All they want is your money they do NOT care about your satisfaction what so ever. When preparing an apartment for a new tenant they fix things in the cheapest way possible. They try to get you to sign your lease before you ever see the apartment so don't fall for it! Ask to see you actual apartment before you sign the lease. The price is way too expensive for what you get. I do not recommend these apartments if you are looking for something nice. They keep the grounds perfect because it is all part of their plot to get you to sign with them thinking they are nice luxury apartments. Our apartment stunk like mold/mildew. There was water damage to the front door trim. There was paint splatter all over the cabinets as well as missing floor trim to the cabinets. The window looked like someone tried to break out from the inside, and the screen was lying on the ground outside. It was filthy around the air vents.
