I had a unit facing the pool and it was quite noisy. I heard loud music often. People were usually out there at night past the specified pool hours and would talk and laugh loudly. The hallways were dirty and many lightbulbs burned out and never replaced. 101 Center boasts about their "security" features, but in reality, they don't even work most of the time. The gate in the parking garage was broken for months and residents had their cars broken into. Some of the key fob "secured" doors were broken which allowed anyone to get in. I've seen residents complain about these issues and were brushed off as if it wasn't a big deal. Office staff, in general, were friendly, but, there were times when I couldn't find my packages and when I would ask the staff if they could help me find it and they seemed annoyed. Very disappointing experience for a place with rent this expensive, Positives for 101 Center are their fast wi-fi, proximity to grocery stores (Kroger & Walmart), proximity to UTA campus, and ample parking spots. ...
