We haven't really had any problems with the complex. If something is broken they maintenance fixes it usually the same or next day. My a/c messed up a little once and they came right out and fixed it. My boyfriend, who lives there, his car was broken into and they acted like they didn't care at all but.. other than that it's all good. Pool is really nice. Always a lot of parking. No crazy neighbors in my building. The complex has a cap on the income so you can't make too much money to live here. But it's REALLY nice, especially compared to the other income capped complexes I've lived in and seen. And the 3rd floor has vaulted ceilings in the living room. I pay about 60 bucks during the winter and MAYBE 100 during the summer if that. Pretty decent. :) I rented from fall '06 through fall '07. ...
