I lived there for 12 months. Moved out may 6th 2022. I would encourage person or persons to move in if they are basically nursing home bound, they say age 55 and up but the majority of people who live there are 70 and up alot of them can't walk or take care of themselves on their own. They say it's a gated community however the front gate probably worked right about 3 months out of the 12 I lived there. The sprinkler system has never worked residents are expected to water the grass if they want it green. Pool was supposed to be open june 1st when I moved in, it didn't open til middle of july then hot tub broke and was never fixed. It filled with sand. In apartments both back and front doors leak horribly dead grass and dirt blow all over the floors. Windows also leak. Laundry closet has no light and you can barely see. Bathrooms are horrible, shower kits need to be replaced, pedestal sinks no storage at all in bathrooms, sink is really unusable due to faucet set wrong in the sink. They never repaint apartments when people move out. Doesn't matter if you've lived there 1 year or 4 years. Inspections almost every month so management can envade a persons right to privacy. I was in building 4 and if you have grandchildren there is a person that lives in that building will complain or call police if they play outside so if you can deal with all that I've said then by all means move in. ...
