Even though the maintenance staff is nice and the new owners are trying to make it LOOK better, this place is old and the office staff is marginal! I hear there other properties are just as bad - buyer beware! I rented from spring '08 through fall '08.

Ive lived here for 6months now i havent had any problems with them, the grounds are kept up and the maintance crew is really friendly and you dont have to wait around for them. I rented from summer '07 through summer '08.
