I have moved to the edge about 4 years ago. At the beginning I really enjoyed living there, it was a quiet place in a nice area tat had a suburban fell but still surrounded by college students. However Throughout the year the place has been declining, the maintenance staff is nice but sometimes they take a couple of days to solve anything that is wrong ( including my shower that was broke for a whole semester even though they "fixed it " many times). They also started getting a lot more students which can be nice but now we have to deal with loud parties going on every weekend and very terrible wi-fi. The Wi-fi has not been working properly for months now which is unacceptable specially because most classes are online now. ...

I LOVE this apartment complex, I feel safe, walking distance to college and staff responds quick to any problems I have had in my apartment. The price is very reasonable for all that you get and very updated.
