Fundamentally the Voyager at Space Center units are pretty good in terms of layout and interior quality. They aren't luxury apartments though, any more than a restaurant that tags its sign with 'fine dining' is actually fine dining. There are a lot of broader building challenges - the walls and especially ceilings are thin, noise can be a huge problem depending on your neighbors. Pet waste in the halls is an issue. Elevators are the reason I moved in originally, and it turns out those can be down for months at a time - the building layout can be real horrible when they're down if you're not by a stairwell. There have been a litany of property management companies come through so paperwork gets lost, rules are intermittently enforced, and new fees appear at random. They'll charge you ~$125 for cleaning and repair when moving out, pretty much guaranteed (I went out of my way to do it myself, didn't matter). ...
