Palomar /knightvest is a trash company. I rented a "luxury" apartment from them in Webster TX at Palomar. When I was given access I discovered it was roach infested and covered in roach feces. They had actually painted over the roach poop on the closest door but just left other poop all over the closet where the clothes would be hung. The smell was terrible. I had already prepaid 2 months rent along with a deposit and app fees. They would not refund any of my money and then turned me over to collections for almost $5,000 and a broken lease when I refused to live in a roach infested apartment. Corporate at knightvest was made aware of the situation, shown pictures and did nothing. Disgusting. Their 5 star reviews on here are fake. I still received community announcements from them even though I didn't stay in the apartment and they were constantly raffling TV's and other prizes for reviews to try to bury the real ones that tell the truth of what a bad business they are. ...
