OVERPRICED! Management is NOT wiling to work with students. There is no longer a discount to students nor will they waive the late fee when financial aid has not arrived on time. Recently, staff was changed and the new staff is not as friendly nor as knowledgeable as the prior management. It is a beautiful facility, however, the pool and gym is constantly overrun with people who do not live in the complex and there is no security to prevent this from happening. Maintenance takes too long to fix simple repairs (ex: fence around dog run, driveway hole). Dumpsters are poorly placed causing an eyesore and can be hazardous to get around. The front office has allowed pets that are "restricted" in, which is clearly in violation of contract (ex: pit bulls, Doberman pincher). Again, the complex is beautiful and conveniently located, but overpriced and under-managed. I rented from winter '07 through spring 10. ...

great apt, very clean, very quiet, good if you are serious in your studies. I'm in the nursing program at san jacinto, and the drive is 5 min in the morning, down fairmont.
