When my friend lived here a couple years ago, I thought it was nice. Property management changed, and everything started falling apart after I moved in. Awful maintenance 'guarantee', unfriendly staff that will give you the run around to shun responsibility, plumbing problems, ant problems, and no one even cares to fix it. As long as they're getting their money. STAY AWAY!!!! I rented from winter '06 through winter '07. ...
