IT ALL STARTED THE 1ST DAY WE MOVED IN... back in Feb. 2008 they let us move into an apartment that was not ready. we were furious. the apartment had not been looked at by the maintenance people at all. we had about 20 things that needed to be looked at. just to name a few, the toilet handle was broken, the shower handle is still broken (comes off), the carpet has major marking spots (think it was from the previous pet!!!) the carpet was coming up from every wall in the apartment (not stretched). the list goes on and on. Management is HORRIBLE!!!! when we complained, about the apartment, they tried to turn things around and make us look like we did something wrong. they were passing the blame on every single person except themselves. This is MANAGEMENT!! they have never sprayed our apartment for pest, there are MONSTER SIZE ROACHES!! and FRUIT FLIES GALORE!! my boyfriend is what some would say has a touch of OCD, so our apartment is always spotless, except for the fruit flies and roaches! the security gates have never worked. management says "oh our gate openers are on back order try this one" well, "this one" gate opener has turned into 20 none working gate openers. Management also said " the residents are very good about letting us know if their gate openers do not work; you should use the gate code to get in it's *****" BUT I PAY FOR THAT GATE TO WORK!!! I PAY FOR THE GATE CLICKERS. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! we realized we made a big mistake thinking this was a nice complex. I guess because outside looking in it "looks" nice. OH, AND AS I'M TYPING THIS.... OUR WATER HAS BEEN TURNED OFF, AND NO IDEA WHY!!!!!!!!! AND NOW THE FIRE ALARM IS GOING OFF TOO!!! BIG BIG HUDGE MISTAKE!! we are counting the months til we get to leave. I'm pretty sure that parking is so good b/c everyone is moving out!!!!! I rented from fall '07 through winter '08. ...
