These apartments are old and poorly maintained. They need more maintenance people to properly fix all the problems. Power has been out three times. Water has been out three times. Lock broke and I was stuck waiting three hours for the "on call" maintenance man. Parking sucks unless you pay extra for a reserved spot. I would not recommend this apartment. Find a newer and better maintained apartment I rented from fall '06 through summer '07. ...
