Endless roaches, a repulsive issue they refuse to address. Online reviews from 2018-2019 also reveal roaches. Wish I'd done my homework before moving in. Was new to town and eager to get to work, and this place gave half off first month's rent, which was $1700/mo. You'll get charged a monthly exterminator fee, as most Dallas apartments do, but this seems to be infestation level roaches. Couldn't bring myself to cook in this place. Just despicable. Roaches on the stove, in the sink, on your dishes, in your closet, the elevators, the garbage rooms, the hallways. I had to move out in increments as I was determined not to take any roaches with me. The roaches never went away. I have video and pictures because management asked me to send them proof since I kept complaining and asked to move out early. I emailed corporate and never even got a return email. This place is the worst, and I'm so disgusted and ashamed that I lived here. It was depressing. Didn't know roaches in apartments was a thing. Honestly! Other issues: loud engine revs at 2 a.m., constant smell of marijuana, at least one drug dealer (Yes!); horrible management, elevators are always out of service. Positive: Met some nice tenants who deserve better. Moved out Oct. 1, still trying to get my deposit, Dec. 8. They manufactured enough bogus charges to only return 1/3 of that. Haven't seen the check yet. ...
