SOCO LOFTS are wonderful !!! Although, there are not very many for lease. SOCO converted to condo's in 2005. The residents are great...young professionals and very cool. There are come retired people as well. SOCO is within walking distance to American Airlines Center, Neiman Marcus, The Adolphus Room, Iron Cactus, Urban Market and many other fantastic places. The views are also very nice. They have a rooftop pool that is relaxing, a funky fitness center and a media room. The security guards are the best....you feel extremely safe. Some of the lofts have been featured in magazines such as, Dallas Modern Luxury. It is a great community and always something going on. SOCO ROCKS !!! I rented from fall '06 through winter '08. ...
