Garbage place to live, and even worse management. I've lived here less than a year, and someone tried to steal my truck (office refused to release video), witnessed 3 shootings, had a neighbor shot and literally killed, drugs, the neighbor below me ran a "Trap house", I had to shoot and kill my neighbors 90lbs pit bull because it was LITERALLY EATING MY NEIGHBOR, and the best part of all is the roaches they will never spray for, but charge you for it and even show up. Hot water only works 3 weeks out of the month, they refuse to replace the boiler and avoid answering any questions like the plague. They'll provide lip service and say they're addressing things, but they never do anything and usually make it even more difficult for the residents to do simple things, like pay rent. All the review that are 5 stars are fake, they're obviously paying for reviews. Every resident I've met so far has talked about how eager they are to leave this hell hole run by slum lords. Avoid this place like the plague. The rent price is how they try to convince you, but when you get your first round of bills they stack admin fees on your account. My rent was supposed to be $1,000 and as soon as I was settled in the price is now over $100 more. I'm paying $1100 for less than 700Sqrft. Lets not forget the pet policies. They try to charge you another $1,000 to have a pet. $500 for a non-refundable deposit and another for deposit ON TOP OF PET RENT. ...
