Our ac had been out for over a week and nothing was done we had to get our own ac still to this day has not been fixed called everyday to multiple time because Diana never answer the phone just to be told it was been work on and waiting for parts multiple times and asking to speak to the manger and was denied later to find out by other employees the part was never ordered and be told it was nothing by maintenance when it was 86 in our apartment at one point I was finally able to speak to the manger Erica just to be talked to very rudely and hanged up on do not move here the office never answer the phone nothing gets done and the manger doesn't see anything wrong with what's goes on. ...
