I had lived in the apartments for 4 years. I am a cleanly person, but even while having the pest control come in regularly, within the last 2 years, have constantly had a roach problem. The management is rude and discourteous. The entry gate has been broken more times than not, making security minimal. The road is horrible, they have construction crews in regularly to patch it up, but it is cracked with potholes in it a few months later. If financial concerns are your only concern, go for it.
