This place is so horrible I don’t even know where to start. It’s a complete laughing stock in the city and has the WORST staff and maintenance team. Nobody cares about tenant issues or concerns. Reports that are made to management continue to result in managers not caring and taking ZERO action. Maintenance requests go unanswered for MONTHS AT A TIME. Somehow, the only time they care is if there is a fire. If your apartment is not burning down, they don’t care. They even have an emergency line that is DISABLED! I spent Mother’s Day cleaning a water leak in my kitchen because they never addressed my ice maker request from MARCH! Complaints that are sent to their “customer service” say response next day and I still haven’t heard from anyone. No one has even come by to see if there is any damage or potential life threatening issues that need to be resolved. All they care about is rent. They move people in and collect money knowing that they cannot maintenance the influx of residents and that residents who have been here for years are STILL WAITING. Recently, the maintenance men left their cart on and running at the children’s park while working on a unit, and tried to blame my kids for damages to their cart. They told me they were going to charge me for the damages and then avoided all of my calls, emails and appearances to address the situation because no one was there to witness what happened. No reports, no police, no nothing. How do they sleep at night? This is heartbreaking and a true reflection of their character. Do not move here!!! You’re better off homeless! This place is a disgrace and is deteriorating. Be aware of drug dealers in the complex and weird junkies hanging around also! Coke baggies and syringes are left in trash cans, dogs parks and paths where children play. This place should be reported, staff fired and shut down. It’s ghetto!! Get out while you can. You have been warned. ...
