They allow high school students and homeless to vandalize property and use illegal drugs on the property right outside of your door. I cannot even walk out of my building with out crowds of people who do not even pay this outrageous rent blocking to walkways or their trash that is left behind. When I called the office they said they have been aware of this, but have done nothing about it in the two years I have lived here. Rent was raised an insane amount and for this to continue is unacceptable. Maintenance should be walking the property more or they need to invest in security officer.
