While the maintenance staff is quick and courteous, the leasing staff is unfriendly, incompetent and disrespectful. The manager won't even speak with you if you have a complaint, leaving her rude staff to do all the work for her. The lawns are relatively well-kept, but being a dog friendly place, you will need to watch your step, and the smell... The walls and ceiling are very thin. I can hear everything my neighbors say, word for word and even the slightest walk of those living above me sounds like a bunch of people jumping up and down.
