Better be super specific on the move in damage paper or they will try to screw you for everything. Maintenance is horrible one of my roommates got mold in his room from dripping ceiling and it took over a month to get anything done. Don’t expect the pool to look clean often and good luck not having your car covered in dirt daily from construction next door that they do absolutely nothing about. They will tow everyone who isn’t registered through a site that works half the time but yet the security guard has no idea what towing company is responsible.
