Maintenance try but nothing they can do will fix roach infestation and many other issues, and the lack of care the owners and office show makes them all look like the scum bags they are in my opinion especially the property manager (Even funnier he tries acting tough ? but could almost never barely look me straight in the eyes)....read the reviews that are truthful find you another place to rent....this place appears too good to be true because it is!!! Their rent is cheaper than all on the lake because they're discounting for all the issues they have and really should be way cheaper ...like way cheaper all of those reviews from the after math of the pipe burst floods a little while back they had I thought were temporary nah it continues not the flooding but their crappy ways....RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE..We had leaks and in my opinion all of these reviews that are positive are skeptical because I knew the maintenance and alot of neighbors and mainly other than the lake view opinions don't reflect positive what reviews are here ...

i would never recommend anyone living here. Yes, it's getting trendy but the people working for this place do not do anything they say they will do. While fixing a leaky sink, they messed up my counter while doing so without fixing. They left holes in the walls for weeks when it was supposed to be fixed the next day. Management doesn't seem to be capable of anything and I am paying $1100 for a one bedroom that never gets fixed. I rented from fall '06 through summer '07. ...
