These poeple have rule for some people and ignore the rules for others. There are lots of cats on the preperty that they didn't get rid of the rats. Lot of beer bottle and cans on the growns on the weekends. Be prepared to do your own maintenance if you want it done currectly. Like they say you get what you pay for.
