I lived at Overlook Ranch Apartments for over 4 years, over the years I have noticed several things I had several problems with this complex. · One of the biggest is that they did not return phone calls. The managers are nice when you talk to them, but the office staff sometimes are mean to the renters. · The office staff would try to close early or act like they were closing early so that renters would leave. · The complex equipment was constantly broken and maintenance would only fix once or twice and after that refused to repair anymore. Examples: washer and dryers, entry gate · The Complex security took time to come out and did not patrol like renters would expect. Did not chase homeless people away from the complex. · You need to secure your valuables well. · Maintenance inside of the apartment was slow, taking days to weeks to get maintenance people to respond. Sometimes when they fix, it was not completely fix and they would safe pen or paper clip fix and they had to come back several times for the same problem. Under new management, things improved on fixing right the first time, but it still took a long time to get them to respond and fix it. · last but not least they took a long time to resolve the exit bill from this apartment complex, and it was hard to get a hold of everyone to resolve this bill.
