Avendaro owners need to fire their management company and manager. Until that happens they will continue to get bad reviews. I hated the management. High utility bills (electricty and water). No insulation, could hear everything. I am so happy to be out of their. Boy did my water bill go down in my new apartment where I am living now. I rented from spring '09 through summer 10. ...

Poorly constructed. Expensive. Lots of crime. Lots of parties. Really horrible management. Parking is really bad. This is a scary place. I rented from spring '07 through spring '08.
