Great place to live as a UT student. You can take Sutherland or Kingston to campus depending on traffic, and living in Bearden is convenient to most places you would want to go. The maintenance guy, Mac, is world-class. He will fix most any problem you might have within 24 hours, and with a professional sense of urgency and an unbeatable attitude.
