My daughter lived here for a few months while attending college. The place is very old and nothing worked. The owner is so cheap he wouldn't fix anything except to βbandaidβ it. When she inquired as to whether she could move out early she was told that
it would be fine since they had a waiting list and that we would receive a refund for unused time and have no further payments. We have this in writing from their former property manager. We were asked to leave the furniture since they were giving us a refund which we did. When we did not receive the refund we called and were told by the owner that we would not receive the refund, and also owned 750 for early termination as well as a cleaning fee. They ignored the information we provided and said that their manager had not discussed this with them so we had to pay per the original contract. Very unethical! Do not trust these people!

The apartments themselves were safe; however the neighboring apartments did not make you feel safe as there was emergency vehicles there at least once a week. The building tended to be quiet, except in the early hours of the morning, like as in 1-3am.
This was a cheap apartment, so this was easy to deal with for the overall cost.

I would rent it again because of the low cost. However, there was never more than 5 minutes of warm water. It was semi clean on arrival and after giving the place a deep clean, I was still charged $40 for a cleaning fee. It took a few months to get the
deposit back. The place was generally quiet, except one guy would be up on some days until 2 in the morning screaming at this video games that stayed in the room behind mine (it was only a problem, because that was where my bed was). For the price, the apartment was worth it.
