I Love the Landings!!! Everyone in the office is just as nice as they can be and maintenace is the best I have ever experienced. Any time I have ever called in a request it is usually fixed by the time I return home from work. The rent is perfect for my budget and I have washer and dryer included plus they pay for all my water, garbage and pest control is free. I have lived at several other apartments in the area and would not leave The Landings if you paid me. I will most certainly stay here until I graduate or buy a house. Even my neighbors are extremely friendly!!! I have never had an apartment community truly feel like home, until I lived here and I would not trade my office staff, maintenace or neighbors for anything in the world!! I rented from spring '08 through fall '09. ...
